After the initial agreement between S. & S. Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. And the overseas employer company the next step is to meet the legal for the Labour Department of Nepal, To take approval from Labour Department of Nepal, the following document, concerning the the requirement of workforce, should be submitted:
 
-Demand Letter
-Power of Attorney
-Guarantee Letter
-Employment Contract
-Agency Agreement
 
Note: Above mentioned document should be authenticated/attested by the local chamber of Commerce of the employer’s country and the Embassy/Consulate of Nepal of that particular country of employment.
